The majority of our clients are wedding couples and their families, but we keep a few dates open on our calendar to handle corporate events, birthdays and bar/bat mitzvahs! We use our years of experience and industry connections throughout DC, Virginia and Maryland to create personalized and customized events for each client.
Your busy life shouldn’t stop you from hosting a seamless event. We offer full-service planning and production for non-wedding events with a $50,000+ budgets and we are with you through every step of the process.
Our planning process is 4 phases;
Research: We sit down and talk through a realistic budget based on the event size, venue, vision and market prices. We’ll create a planning timeline that makes sense for your schedule and touch base every 4-6 weeks with updates and decisions.
Design: Each of our events is high-touch and personalized for each client. We’ll brainstorm with you to pinpoint exactly how you want the event to look and feel for your guests. With that information, we’ll create a mood board for design and vendor suggestions for rentals, entertainment, decor and personalized swag for guests. Then we get to work to book your vendor team!
Booking: With a budget in mind and a vision in place, we are ready to guide you to reputable, reliable vendors that we know will go above-and-beyond for you. We assemble your approved team and start building our timelines and floor plans for event day execution.
Execution: As your event approaches, the plans are locked in place and our team is ready to roll! We ensure the vendor team knows where to go and what to do, we put out any fires, set everything up and keep everything on schedule. We are typically the first vendors in and the last vendor out, always making sure the client is able to enjoy the event they worked hard to plan with us.
