Wedding Day BFF
A trained member of our team will join your planner (either one of our own or a different planning company) to support you while they are busy guiding vendors and setting up your ceremony + reception. Think of us as an extra member of the wedding party that hangs with you all from hair/makeup to the end of cocktail hour. This is NOT a substitution for a planning package, it’s an add-on to one.
$100 an hour for up to 6 hours
Your wedding day bff will be available to;
Retrieve coffee, tea, champagne, water and snacks while everyone gets ready.
Steam all wedding day clothing like robes, jammies, gowns, scarves, etc. for anyone who needs it.
Hang the wedding gown by a window or in another visually appealing place so it can be photographed.
Prep and style accessories for the photographer to shoot.
Pick up breakfast, lunch and coffee orders.
Run last-minute errands.
Come prepared with a fully stocked emergency kit that includes common medicines (Advil, Tums, etc.), breath mints, first aid supplies, straws, a sewing kit and more.
Help anyone get zipped and/or buttoned into clothing.
Pin Boutonnieres and help ensure all personal flowers are handed out.
Travel to the first look and ensure gown and veil are styled for photographs.
Provide minor makeup and hair touch-ups between photographs during the first look and group photos.
Pack up belongings and tidy up the getting-ready suite for the couple and wedding party.
Handle fashion emergencies like broken dress straps, missing buttons, ill-fitting clothes, stains, etc.
Help the photo and video team gather people for photos, fluff gowns, lift the veil for a photo opp, etc.
Bustle the gown after photos are complete so you are reception-ready.
Place small purses and extra shoes under the reception dinner tables for easy access later.
Ensure wedding party and the couple is fed and has drinks during photos.

Not everyone can afford a full-service videographer, so this is a way to have someone present to capture this magic at a lower rate!
We customize what we capture based on your priorities and deliver everything within 24 hours including 2 edited videos that are ready to share on social media.
From the first bottle of bubbly while you get ready to the end of the night well wishes from your guests, your content creator will capture hours of candid moments you might miss.
Enjoy instant gratification to relive your wedding day while you wait for the official photos.
$125 per hour for up to 8 hours
a pre-wedding meeting (virtual or phone) to chat about your priorities, logistics and any tiktok trends you want to incorporate.
all photos and videos sent to you via WeTransfer within 24 hours of your wedding day
2 videos, ready to post on Reels and/or TikTok, within 24 hours of your wedding day
10 Instax photos for you to keep
Additional time can be added for bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, bach parties, etc.
